Motaapa - Obesity

Motaapa ye Obesity se nijaat k liye mandarja zail hidayaat par amal karain:
  1. Rozana nihaar mu 3 glass pani pee lain aur 45 minutes k baad nashta kar lain. chand hafto mai motaapa door jaeyga.
  2. Rozana nihaar mu 3 danay injeer (figs) ke istamaal karain, chand hi hafto k istemaal say motapa door ho jaeyga.
  3. Sabziyo (vegetables) ka ziada istamal karain.
  4. Carbohydrates wali ghizaen kam istamal karain.
  5. Kehva mai lemon juice mila kar peena , wazan kam karnay mai ehm kirdaar ada karta hai.
  6. Morning walk motaapa door karnay k liye bohat behtareen hai.
  7. Suba nihaar mu neem garam pani (water) mai shehad (honey) mix kar k peenay say faltu charbi khatam ho jati hai.
  8. Suba nihaar mu neem garam pani (water) mai lemon juice mila kar peenay say jisam ki faltu charbi khatam ho jati hai.
  9. Suba nihaar mu aur lunch k baad Qehwe mai lemon juice mila kar piya karain.
  10. Lemon ka achaar (pickle) motay logo k liye mufeed hai.
  11. Din mai 3 bar lemon juice pani (water) mai mila kar piya karain.
  12. khanay ke baad thori si ajwayan pani (water) k sath kha lia karain.
  13. khanay ke sath Salad ko lazmi use karain.
  14. Adrak (ginger) ki chaey piya karain.
  15. Ghee ki bajaey khanay ka tail (cooking oil) istamal karain.
  16. Chawal (rice), aalu (potato), matar, gobhi, ghee aur dosri baadi cheezain kam istamal karain.
  17. Rozana rassa taapnay ki warzish karain.
  18. Rozana nihaar mu orange juice piya karain.
  19. Rozana nihaar mu 3 lehsan (garlic) ke juwe pani (water) se nigal lia karain.
  20. Apple khanay se pait halka ho jata hai.
